A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit called Jamie Anderson v. Soliant Health, LLC, et al., King County Superior Court Case No. 25-2-19643-7 KNT.
The lawsuit claims that Soliant Health, LLC and Soliant Physician Staffing, LLC job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of benefits or other compensation being offered, in alleged violation of Washington law. Defendants deny the claims and deny that they violated any law. The Court has not decided who is right.
Settlement Class Members may be eligible for an estimated payment of at least $652.51 from the Settlement. The Settlement payment could be as high as $5,000.00 depending on the number of Settlement Class Members who submit a Claim Form.
The Court still has to decide whether to finally approve the Settlement. No Settlement benefits or payments will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement and the Settlement becomes final.
